The early form of ice-cream was not a mixture of cheese, sugar, egg and spice but non-dairy-added frozen beverage. This kind of frozen beverage traces back to the times of Ancient Greece and Rome. Do you konw who ate the first ice cream in the Chinese history? Many historians believe that it was the Chinese emperors in Tang Dynasty that first enjoyed the frozen dairy dessert. It was because of the first frozen dessert of the tang dynasty, we can have all kinds of ice cream now.
Now with so many varieties of ice cream, which one do you like? As for me, I prefer to eat the Sundae. The sundae usually consists of one or two spoonfuls of ice cream, topped with sauce or syrups. Sometimes they add candy grain, whipped cream, peanut cherries, or other fruits. But now the sundae is getting more expensive and I can't afford it. So I usually to eat the popsicle. I remember my favorite ice cream was Popsicle, cheap and thirsty, and now the Popsicle is getting more and more lovely. So, eating Popsicle is also a good choice for you.
In fact, the most popular ice cream right now is hard ice cream and soft ice cream（soft serve). Hard ice cream has less air and it is harder in appearance and thicker in ice. Soft ice cream is different from it. Soft ice cream has a lot of air, and it is not hardened, so it is very delicate and smooth and smooth. But I prefer soft ice cream. Because the break time is too short for students, we don't have time to finish a whole hard ice cream.
